Punko / or Breadcrumbs (Japanese bread crumbs) | 2 cups |

Recipe "Koko Sibzamini" - Persian potato patties
- Cooking Potatoes
- Boil the potatoes softly in salted water with a few sprigs of dill.
- Pour the cooking water and let the potatoes cool.
- Mixing spices with the Potatoes
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Peel the garlic.
- Grate potatoes coarsely or mash them with a fork.
- Put in a bowl.
- Mix the potatoes with parsley, chilli, egg and squeeze the garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let happy to stand and cool down and swell for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare and frying the Potatoes
- Shape each piece with lightly floured hands into balls or any shape you wish.
- Sprinkle each potatoes side with bread crumbs or panko. Panko is a name of a kind of Asian breadcrumbs. It's a little flaky character and become delightfully crunchy by frying and roasting.
- Golden fry each potatoes side in Canola oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Potato buns should get a nice and golden brown color.
- Make sure they are cooked through.
- Fry the potato buns, a few at a time and keep them warm for serving.
