Fresh Potatoes | ½ kg |
Chili pepper (red one) | 1 |
Leek | ½ , 10cm |
Dill | 10 g |
Butter | 30 g |
Canola oil | 1/6 dl |
Smoked Paprika | 2 g |
Salt | to taste |
Pepper | to taste |

Recipe Roast Herb Potatoes
- Herb potatoes:
- Share and seed and chop the chilli finely.
- Chop the leeks and dill finely.
- Peel and boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.
- Be careful not to cook them too long! They should still be a bit " chewy ".
- Pour the water from the potatoes and drain them well.
- Brown the potatoes as golden brown in butter + oil and season with salt, pepper, and add a pinch of smoked paprika.
- Finish with a little extra butter and sprinkle with finely chopped chilli, leek and dill and shake them around in the pan.
