How to prepare an omelette like a heart form. We make an easy and simple omelette by a few ingredients and make it as a heart shape. This omelette has flavores from lime and chili. It is spicy and fragrant.

Eggs (larg) 4 pcs
Red Chili ½ st
Garlic chives ½ pinch
Tomato (small) 1 pcs
Lime 1 st
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper (freshly) 1 pinch

  • Cooking Potatoes
  • Finely chopped garlic chives.
  • Seed and finely chop the chilli and tomato.
  • Break the eggs first in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Set aside two tablespoons of the egg mixture and save for next step.
  • Add the chives, chillies and tomatoes in the rest of the egg mixture.
  • Add the grated lime zest and stir.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  • Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
  • Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and spread it evenly by moving the pan in a circular direction.
  • When the mixture has solidified it's time to roll up and drag it to the opposite side of the pan.
  • Now move the overall ready mixture to the right side of his forehead.
  • Then pour more of the mixture on the blank side of the pan, overlapping with the existing mixture.
  • Always lubricate the pan before adding more egg mixture.
  • Repeat and finish with rolling until the mixture is finished.
  • Finally, scroll all the way up.
  • Gently press each side to make it into a rectangular shape.
  • Transfer all to a cutting board.
  • Omelette is now hot and too sensitive, so let cool for at least 5 minutes.
  • Slice the omelette roll into equal disc sizes.
  • Then cut each slice diagonally in half.
  • Turn half of the diagonal plate and put it next to the other to make them into a whole heart, that is, a heart shape.
  • Dip one side of the heart shape in the saved egg mixture and fry directly.
  • Pour a little of the egg mixture with a spoon in the middle of the heart shape while you roast it and held gently together.
