How to marinate and Grill Salmon Fish

It is very easy to marinate and grill salmon fish based on this recipe.
We marinate salmon fish to boost flavores of fish with lime, chili, garlic, ginger in oliv oil and more.
Our marinade tenderise the fish and makes it sticky and citrusy with a touch of chili.
It is best to grill salmon fish in max 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients in this recipe are:

Fresh Salmon Fillets | 600 g |
Chilli | 1 red |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Ginger (fresh) | 5 cm |
Lemongrass | 1 stalk |
Lime | 1 |
Oliv Oil | ½ dl |
Salt flakes | 1½ tsp |
Black pepper | 1 pinch |
Skewers(if wooden skewers, put into water to soak one hour before the barbecue) | 6 |

Dill | 20 g |
Lemon | 1 |

Sesame seeds | ½ cup |

Red pepper (preferably the longer, narrower variety) | 4 pieces |

Recipe to Marinate and Grill Salmon Fish
- Marinade:
- Cut off any skin from the salmon fillet. Cut the salmon into about 4 cm pieces.
- Share and seed and chop the chilli finely. Note! Then wash your hands to not irritate the eyes.
- Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Peel and grate the ginger.
- Beat/hammer broken lemon grass and chop it.
- Grate the peel of the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix together the ginger, lime zest and lime juice, chili, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl.
- Mix together the marinade ingredients.
- Put down Salmon pieces in the marinade and turn around.
- Add plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
- Turn the salmon a few times in the meantime.
- Dressing:
- Mix finely chopped dill, juice and zest of lemon with olive oil.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot pan until golden.
- Accessories:
- Share the peppers in half and seed them. Share lemon.
- Mix the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt.
- Grill:
- Add the red peppers on the grill and let them lie there until the skin begins to wrinkle and obtain color.
- Add the lemons on the grill, readily place by line, and let them lie to take color.
- Put Salmon skewers and grill them for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on fish size.
- When they feel firm when you press them, they are ready.
- Drizzle the dressing over the pre-fried salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with grilled lemon halves, grilled peppers and potatoes.
