How to prepare a tasty Garlic Bread with maximun fragrance and taste. We make an easy Garlic Bread by a few ingredients that is neither too dry nor to greasy. It has the correct proportion of butter to bread, and optimal amount of garlic to make it a perfect garlic bread. This Garlic Bread has flavores from sesame seeds, basil, pepper and of course garlic. This garlic bread is a delicious apertizer, easy to make but very tasty.

Sesame seeds ½ cup
Gloves garlic 4
Basil (fresh) ½ pot
Oliv oil 3 tsp
Butter 50 g
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper (freshly ground)
Baguette (French or other white bread) 1 pinch

Recipe Garlic Bread
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • First let butter stay out to reach room temperature.
  • Toast the sesame seeds in a hot, dry pan. Let it cool
  • Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
  • Pull off the leaves from the Basilica.
  • Blend the basil, the garlic with a hand blender or in a food processor to make a paste.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
  • Blend until the pesto is smooth and flat. Add the butter.
  • Move out the mixed garlic, basil, olive oil and butter with sesame seeds and mix around, make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
  • Taste finally with salt, pepper.
  • Slice baguette, but not all the way, just 2/3 down. Let each slice to be about 2 cm thick.
  • Distribute garlic butter between the cuts.
  • Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the butter is melted and the bread become crispy.
  • ———Garnish:———
  • Part, corn and chop the chilli finely. Note: wash then your hands to not irritate the eyes.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped chilli over the bread. Serve.
