Basil | 1 pot |
Corinader | 1 pot |
Walnuts | 40 g |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Lemon | ½ pce |
Red Chili pepper | ½ pce |
Olive oil | 1 dl |
White wine vinegar | 2 tbsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
cherry tomatoes (to garnish salad) | 2 pcs |

Recipe Chickpeas Salad
- Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Chop rouphly the walnuts.
- Divide and chop the chili well.
- Add basil, coriander and garlic to a mixer or food processor. Pour white wine vinegar, olive oil and squeeze into the juice of half lemons. Mix all until you get a sour cream.
- Mix the roasted walnuts, chili in the mess. Taste with salt.
- Stir down the chickpeas in the mixed and stir.
- Garnish the salad with tomato slices.
